Our stay at the hotel was simply fantastic! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. However, we did have a couple of issues with the dining options. The location was perfect for a 'lake district' experience with stunning views and easy access to boats. Overall, a great value for money.

The hotel is in a fantastic location by the waters edge of Lake Windermere offering stunning views and plenty of room for the kids to have their 'own space. ' The rooms were nice and clean, although somewhat small. The service was a mixed bag with some rude staff but overall very helpful and accommodating. Dining options were tasty but limited, and the facilities were enjoyable.
