The hotel is in an exquisite location right on the western bank of Lake Windermere, offering stunning views and direct access to the lake. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, although the beds were slightly uncomfortable. The dining options were varied, with excellent choices, yet some dishes fell short. The facilities were decent, providing essential services for a comfortable stay.

However, we did have a couple of issues with the dining options. The location was perfect for a 'lake district' experience with stunning views and easy access to boats. Overall, a great value for money.

' The rooms were nice and clean, although somewhat small. The service was a mixed bag with some rude staff but overall very helpful and accommodating.
